Experienced one-to-one and text-based counselling based in London
Welcome to my counselling practice. Taking the step to seek counselling can feel like a significant moment, and I truly welcome you here.
If you are currently experiencing life as difficult, feeling stuck, or noticing patterns in your life or relationships that you'd like to understand and shift, therapy offers a dedicated space for reflection and change.
I offer a safe, professional, and deeply compassionate environment for us to explore what is present for you. Whether you have a specific, focused issue you wish to address briefly, or you are seeking longer-term, deeper work into long-standing patterns, we will work at a pace that feels right for you.

One-to-one counselling
Therapy is a journey of self-discovery that unfolds within a relationship of acceptance, trust, and support. Our work together is collaborative. I won't tell you what to do, but I will guide you towards developing a richer awareness of yourself, your resources, and your unique ways of relating to the world.
Crucially, the relationship between us is a core part of the therapeutic work itself. Your patterns of relating in the world will often show up in our dynamic, and we will use this immediate, "here-and-now" experience to gain deeper understanding and explore new possibilities for contact.
Through this increased awareness, you naturally develop your own capacity for coping, choice, and change.
I have extensive experience working with a wide variety of concerns, including: depression, anxiety, loss and bereavement, trauma, addiction, lack of confidence, abuse, unsatisfying or destructive relationships and other emotional and mental distress.
As a Gestalt Psychotherapist, I hold the fundamental view that we are unified, whole beings. Therefore, I pay close attention to the body’s central role in the therapeutic process. I integrate methods such as body awareness, grounding techniques, and mindfulness to help you connect with, manage, and understand the physical effects of emotional distress and trauma. This embodied approach helps ground psychological insights in present experience.
Online counselling
I offer one to one counselling sessions via Zoom at various time during the week.
In addition, I am trained in counselling via email and text. Email counselling can be very flexible. We would agree a day to send and receive emails of around 1,000 words or one hour of writing. Additional writing is welcome for an increased fee.
Online text-based chat is also available to take place at an agreed time.
I use platforms that are encrypted and secure for the confidentiality and protection of client data.
If you have any questions about this, please get in touch and I am happy to answer any questions.
